Appearance: Jay has a black, short hair and intimidating brown eyes. He is 5'4" in height and has strong arms and legs. He likes to think he is cool which he changes his voice to sound like a tough guy's. He is unable to make it deep but instead of saying "Yes" or "No", he says "Yih" or "Neh". He has a smug grin and wears a black T-shirt with an angry Rhyhorn on it and brown shorts. He has shiny white shoes with crimson stripes that has just a tiny amount of dirt on the bottom. His skin is very tan from being out in the sun often.

Personality: Jay is a very swift, angry, sneaky, and careless jerk. He'll steal anything if it benefits him and he has nothing nice to say to anyone except Cassandra. For she is just like him. He always lies if it is to defend himself and sometimes just for a laugh. Like if the police comes and asks him if he knew where a criminal had went, he'd joke around and say he went the opposite way the guy really went. And if he doesn't do that, he's a criminal himself. He is very fast and sneaky. He was raised to think he was better than everyone else by his Tsuasa grunt parents. A team he wishes to join when he gets older. Hopefully he'll be caught by a Tsuasa grunt doing bad.

History:

Roleplay Version:

A five year old boy entered the kitchen with his Ekans daemon in his hands. He stroked it on its head with a smug grin and it purred happily in his grasp. He climbed into a chair at the kitchen table where his mother was about to set some cereal onto the table. Cassandra slithered up on to the table on Jay's left and she slowly morphed into an Ivysaur. A grin on her face to try and make the little boy happy. But when the sound of a bowl clanging onto the table in front of him distracting him, he began eating.

Four years later, his parents were off at Tsuasa headquarters. Though no one even knew they were discovered yet. He was in on his parents plans and he was happy to partake in them. He hated all the other kids that were in his neighborhood in Hydru City and he wanted to pound them int heir guts. And by that time, his strong legs and arms were coming in so he definitely did pack a punch as early as nine years old.

When the next two years past, he was in the living room, playing with Cassandra who was in the form of a Delibird. She danced around, making Jay smile. He had just heard about the most recent Tsuasa plan of breaking to some place but he couldn't remember the details. It as 8:30pm and his baby sitter was to arrive soon. He thought he was too old for having a baby sitter which Cassandra shared the same feelings. When the baby sitter arrived, Cassandra struck. "Hi Jay!" The young lady greeted him. Jay turned and glared at her. "I brought you some presents!" She said though starting to look uneasy. Cassandra slowly approached her, morphing into an Arbok. The Anorith on her shoulder was full of fear as Cassandra circled around her. Then, she fled out the house with a shriek. Cassandra morphed back into a Delibird and danced back to amuse Jay.

Remembering her dominance as an Arbok, she settled her form two years later to an Arbok. He understood the plan more when he saw it on TV with the BREAKING NEWS! report about a new species of pokemon. That day, with Cassandra at his side, they dashed towards the Pine labs, to take their part in rising mayhem for everyone else.

He has been educated to be a jerk like Cassandra and Jay and is often scolded harshly whenever he makes a mistake or loses a battle Though he gets use to it. He is a brave and daring Scyther and intelligent. Though what he does not have in common with Cassandra and Jay is that he DOES have a small soft side.
