These are all right, but they look more like different forms of the same evolution. I could might accept them if they were different forms of the same evolution, so like perhaps if you wanted the Fire Ralts to become the Grass Ralts, you'd go to a special place or buy a special item, it somehow doesn't seem fair to have all those options for females plus none of them are all that different to each other. As for the moves, maybe they could have a move that is learned when the form is changed or something. I really like the idea, so I'm trying to find as much ways to accept this as possible!
So, decision; make these different forms (you'll have to pick which is the base form) or create new sprites for each of them and make it so both males and females can evolve into them?

OKay, so could I do something like Arceus then? Like if I pick a base form (both male and female) and then the Pokemon holds a different plate the form changes depending? Would that be okay? I will change the move set and stuff too. But would something like that be okay?
