Moon Forest is a region that is in the shape of a crisply-curved crescent moon. It is a lively and large piece of land, heavily devoted to cateering to every trainer's goal. No matter if they want to be the best trainer or a thriving, beautiful Coordinator they will be able to accomplish these dreams. Two very important aspects of Moon Forest one must understand before entering the region is that it is the middle of the ocean and it is very nature-friendly. The waters lapping around its edges are pure and sparkling, providing some of the wonders to await. Its terrain suggests the essence of fertile and intricate landscape, this showing the several hours devoted to recropping the plants with abundant nutrients. The sky above holds the softest clouds that won't fall, giving the illusion nothing had ever happened to harm this peaceful place or that the weather could turn rabid in a heartbeat. People in the region have the tendency to talk in the normal breezy, curious accent, one that can be noticed from regions far and wide. Moon Forest is very far away from currently known regions and is one of the leading factors in why it was inhabited later than most regions. However, this is no random paradise situated in a heavenly demeanor; war plagued this lovely land long ago, and its influence still lasts until this day.

Throughout the generations Moon Forest has been prone to war, though they avoid it in modern day after a sore and wretching past. The foundation of war had been the main turning point to the creation of the region's government and beliefs. When early confirmation was known of other regions settling into their own developing mannerisms, the forests of this land still lazed in paradise, alone. As most civilizations there are hardly any records to how exactly the region was formed, or by whom, but many people just came over in boats to Moon Forest without the knowledge of which Pokémon were there or what to expect by the only means of stories they had; legends. The most revered stories are those ones relating to the moon. Even if it was from how the elements were created by the substance called the Moonlight Needles to the rulers of each particle of land called the Element Crowns there is a story for everyone. Not only do these stories go to the humans who came to the land but to the Pokémon who already resided in the crescent moon region.

Moon Forest was divided into two lands called Mixino and Cnicile as long as history retells before an "Attachment" period of the two connected them as one nation. These two separate places are separated by a triangular piece of land inbetween them, distancing them from the other. Mixino, the particular nature-loving part, will do anything to keep its land healthy and alive; Cnicile, on the other hand, will do any action to appease the moon that shines in the night sky. Arguments had erupted because of beliefs on both sides and the different tensions, resulting in a bloody civil war that still makes people from both sides skeptical of eachother.

The site is a literate Pokémon journey community. We have several activities our members can do to keep themselves occupied. Members can do anything from make fake Pokémon for the site to use, create their own team, travel through the region to catch Pokémon and visit the many places it has to offer, roleplay with others with different types of characters, roleplay on the boards or Scattered Genres board, and just enjoy yourself by talking about different topics. Regular boards are added as needed and interesting information, and parts of the community are updated on a firm basis. There's news, a place to share your artwork and stories, mini plots, and much more. It's a friendly, active place that wishes to even more vastly improve in all these areas. You may even become a staff member or one of our Pokémon & Area Monitors that anyone can apply for. The best part is that there is no audition or nothing to keep you back - just join and get started yourself.
