Alanna padded up to the Pine Labs thoughtfully, her Ninetales daemon, Jayl, at her side. "Do you think Aiden was here?" the 'morphed girl asked Jayl who stared back up at her. ~He could've been,~ the Ninetales replied, ~I don't know, we could ask.~ "That's a great idea!" the Ninetales 'morph told him exitedly, her tail swishing behind her, "If he's already left though, we'll have to find him, and we'll need a Pokemon for that." She had been wanting a Pokemon, and her brother's dissapearence and other happenings simply brought her to get one. She stepped up to the door, her ears flicking, and knocked. OOC: Just writing what she can get for my reference

As soon as Professor Pine heard the knocking, he couldn't help but give a huge yawn. His daemon rolled her eyes, but he frowned at her. "What? I'm tired." he said a little angrily in his defense, standing up to move towards the door. He did so, walking purposely for it, before putting on his usual welcoming, warm smile and opening it. He looked at Alanna. She was a Ninetails 'morph, but he didn't care at all. It wasn't as if there was a lack of Pokrmorphs visiting the labs or anything.
"Hello, my name is Professor Pine, and this is my daemon Telepa. Please, do-" he began, but was cut off by the Noctowl daemon hooting softly to him and pointing something out. He frowned, looking at Alanna carefully before the warm smile returned. "Your expression and body language are quite a bit different to how people coming for their first Pokemon usually are. Have you some other purpose?" he asked. Telepa clicked her beak and Pine shook his head. "No, I think she can be trusted." he muttered audibly to reassure her.

"Hello," Alanna greeted the professor, listening to his cut off greeting to her and his question, then his statement. "I've always sort of wanted a Pokemon for myself," she began, her ears flicking back, "And now I have a reason to get one. I have to find my brother, Aiden. He left so suddenly, I didn't even get to see him. I wonder how he's doing..." Her voice trailed offas she looked down at her own Daemon. "Jayl told me that Anya dissapeared. She was a Mightyena Daemon, but I didn't get to see Aiden after she did."

Also, if you've read Aiden's profile, Anya hasn't disappeared, she's just an image which is sometimes clear, other times faded, because everyone has a dæmon. Also, since Fluffy, who plays Aiden, is kinda inactive, you'll probably end up actually overtaking Aiden since he hasn't got out the lab yet.

He was called Aiden, and was a Mightyena Pokémorph with a Mightyena dæmon who seemed a bit faded, ghostly even. That ring any bells?" he asked. He really wanted to help this girl find her brother, so hopefully this would be a good start for her. "As for a Pokémon, do you have any ideas? "Yeah," she began, "I'm lucky to still have Jayl, I think. By the way, I'm Alanna, and he's Jayl." She flicked her tails toward her daemon. "As for a Pokemon," she stated, "I'm thought about a few, but I'd like to see what you have, too. I guess I should just list them? Taleo; Tigrily; Pylenti; Eleectrah; Cielo; Blazion; and Eevee. That was quite a few Pokémon, and if he included the shinies, there would be too many to manage. So, he needed to ask further questions. "I have all of them except Eevee. Of the six others, would you prefer to see a normal or shiny version of Cielo, Taleo and Pylenti?" he asked.

"That would be great!" Anna quietly cheered at the thought. Then Pine asked her for shinys. "Ummmm.... You choose between Taleo and Pylenti, I don't know which one to pick." She was a little dissapointed about the Eevee not being available, but that's ok. There were others to pick from.

Now, she wanted to see a Cielo, Tigrily, Taleo, Pylenti, Eleectrah and Blazion. He could handle that. Moving over to the filing cabinet, he chose the Pokémon at random, not even knowing if they were shinies or not. He then released them, releavling that the Taleo and Pylenti were both shiny this time. He smiled at that, moving to get a view of what would happen next.
Tigrily was the first to move. It seemed like the over-protective, over-affectionate sort. It nuzzled Anna happily, grinning up at her and wagging its tail madly. Pylenti kept its distance, seeming to be a very timid, nervous Pokémon. The mischeavous, hard to control Taleo came up behind it, making it jump and run under a table. Taleo grinned, moving confidently towards the girl. Eleectrah and Blazion both seemed a little more hostile, being more wild Pokémon than the others. Blazion lay down, a bit lazy, while Eleectrah poked it, then, growing bored, padded over to Anna and watched her as if sizing her up.

Sky smiled, petting Tigrily afectionetly. She laughed at Taleo. She like it already, it's misgevious self. She did feel bad for the Pylenti, though. So she went over to where it hid under the table and sat near it, but didn't make any other move to scare it. She did, however, grin at the Taleo, beconing it towards her. She thought that Blazion was a bit lazy, and wasn't sure about it, and she laughed at how short the Eleectrah's attention span was. She hadn't seen Celio, yet, though. Perhaps it was hiding?

It would definately be tricky to go on an adventure, but good for its confidence. Taleo ran towards Anna, yipping and snapping at her hands playfully but probably quite painfully too. Blazion fell asleep. Eleectrah got bored of Anna then started; Cielo had bounded from its hiding place and rammed into it, making it race away. Taleo giggled next to the girl, licking her hand affectionately. It really liked her, it seemed.

Alanna laughed a bit more, pulling her slightly furred, clawed, and (fingerless) gloved hands away from Taleo's mischevious jaws. She pulled off her gloves and set them beside her. She extended a sensitive hand towards Pylenti, palm upward. With her other hand, she scratched the wolf pup Pokemon's ears as it licked her hands. She watched as Blazion fell asleep; a journey will probably exite it, but probably not for her. Eleectrah was rather wild as well, and rather acitve, along with Celio. So, Taleo, Pylenti, Tigrily, Eleectrah, and Celio. Hmmmm......

Tigrily then bounded towards the other Grass type, and they wagged their tails, sniffing each other happy. So, they could both get along well with other Pokémon. Pylenti sniffed Anna's hand nervously, shuffling closer. It was taking a little effort, but it could be won over. Eleectrah growled at Tigrily as the puppy raced past it. Tigrily stepped protectively in front of Anna and Taleo and growled back. Taleo blinked in surprise, apparently not completely aware of what had just happened. Cielo moved back towards Eleectrah, who snarled, swatting the Ice type away; it was the sort who retained grudges.

Anna tilted her head slightly, her ears erect as she watched the Pokemon interact. Tigrily and Taleo interacted well with others, Pylenti was scared, but could be won over with work. Eleectrah was a little wild, but could be tamed with work, like Celio, but the spotted Pokemon seemed to keep grudes. Plus she was planning on being both a Trainer and Coordinator, so the Pokemon she choose should want to do both. Unless there was one that she could catch before Silav Town. "Professor," the girl began thoughtfully, "What kind of Pokemon are found on Route One and Two?" While she did that, her daemon spoke to the Pokemon, if they cared to listen. ~Who would wish to come along with us?~ he asked, ~We are planning to train for gym battles and contests.~

"The Pokémon on the first two routes aren't ever too rare, and usually Grass, Bug and Normal types, although you'll occasionally find something else, more so with Route Two. We're talking about things like Bellsprout, Spinerak, Zigzagoon. You might find something rarer on Route Two, of course, maybe something like Taleo here." he explained.
The Pokémon looked at Jayl as he spoke. Pylenti wasn't sure if it liked the idea of performing in front of loads of people, but it did like the idea of friends. ~Maybe...~

"Cool," Alanna answered, turning back to the Pokemon for their responses. Taleo and Tigerily sure wanted to, Pylenti wasn't sure, and Celio didn't care. Jayl studied the Pokemon carefully as well. Pylenti was nervous and unsure, it seemed, while Taleo and Tigerily were confident, Taleo mischevious, Tigerily over-protective and affectionate. The deamon and human exchanged a glance and nodded at each other. They had both made the same decision. "Tigerily?" Anna asked, "How would you like to come with us?"
