Name:Alexander Wood
Age:37 years old
Gender:Male
Pokemorph:No
Appearance:Alexander is average in height, being just under six feet tall. He is also average weight, not to skinny, but not to fat. Alexander has a very angular face, his chin ends in a point, and his eyes seem piercing enough that it may startle others. His eyes however, are not a stunning color, they are hazel. Alexander has short, grimy-brown hair that is thick and straight, almost bubbly. He hides most of his hair under a hat, whose brim is longer in the front then in the back, but still resembles something along the lines of a top hat, with its top cut in half.
Alexander is very fond of the color red, and can usually be wearing mostly red. His hat, even though it is worn-is still red, and he takes pride in it. Her wears a body-length p-coat, which is also red. Its buttons however are a strange yellow color, that stand out against the otherwise dim colored clothes. The p-coat also has cuffs that are held together with again, a yellow-almost golden, button. Alexander never wears shorts, no matter how hot the weather becomes. His pants are not baggy, but are also not form-fitting, they do not drag-but are not tight. Both his pants, and shirt are both gray, and lighter then his hair. Alexander's shirt had elbow-length sleeves; which his despises but still wears. His shirt, unlike his pants, is very tight and form-fitting, however his sleeves are loose. His shoes, are black, and like his face-pointed. They seem to have rubber soles, making them almost silent.
Personality:Alexander seems to always speak with a worn voice, almost irritable. As if he has seen and gone throw some sort of mental stress or pain-and this is true. Alexander is arrogant, and will always believe what he thinks is right, even if it is based on nothing more then a rumor, or a hunch--and he is not always correct. He is also quite cold and distant, and seems to forget to remember his human emotions. Alexander is easily angered, and is easily annoyed--a young child, wanna-be thief, or otherwise may very well set him over the edge.
However, Alexander does have a soft side. He hates seeing others in danger, and will stop at nothing to help them, as if it is some fear that he may see some harm come to a stranger. However, if he helps an ungrateful person, or overreacts (which can occur, as again-he is arrogant) he will be to proud to admit his faults to anyone; except his Daemon, and probably not even himself.
When battling, Alexander can become a little violent, especially when in a heated one. He can sometimes loose all logic in battling, and take unneeded and often amateur mistakes. (Such as using Thunderbolt on a Rhyhorn). Alexander can also push his Pokemon to far, but in his heart knows whether or not his Pokemon are capable of going just a little more, or if they have given it their all--and he respects this.
History:Alexander grew up as an only child. From the start, he seemed different from other children, as his parents noticed. When other children were talking about Pokemon, Alexander tried to talk about detecting. His Daemon, changed into various Pokemon before it settled. The Pokemon it chose seemed to have a slightly reoccurring theme; Absol, Sneazel, Skarmory, and Piplup. His parents were quite troubled by this, as even though many children had those Daemons, not many settled on those Daemons-right? At least, not ones involved with Team Rocket (etc.). Besides this, Alexander lived with a semi-wealthy family, which he was not spoiled on, but grew somewhat accustomed to.
Later on, when Alexander was 13, his Daemon settled to be a Skarmory, something he was somewhat mocked for. Who would want such an odd looking, deadly Pokemon as their Daemon? Well-Alexander lived through it, as he cherished his Daemon as a good friend. He told her secrets, feelings-anything really, that he could not bring to tell anyone else. Naturally, his Daemon was always accepting of this. As Alexander began to grow older, he started to dive even deeper into his career of being a Private Eye. He loved acting mysterious, but he seemed to be to proud and arrogant to do so for long. He began to use his parent's wealth to his advantage. As others teased him about what he wanted to do, he simply paid them to stop, and for the most part-it did.
Alexander spent over half of his life wanting to be a Private Eye, and until he was 30, he was. He wasn't a good one, however-he wasn't a Sherlock Holmes. Alexander was indeed, intelligent, and logical. He knew how not to let his emotions get in the way of the job. However, he had one major fault, and that was his fear of seeing, or being around a dead body-he could not stand the look of the dead. He absolutely cannot stand it, so much so that it almost drives him to tears. This, as one could understand, significantly lowered his abilities in the field. Not to mention, that Alexander was arrogant, and proud-jumping to conclusions on solutions to a case that made no sense, only to be ridiculed in the end for being wrong (which happened sometimes, however it must be stated he was also right a few times, making him a better detective then at first might be thought).
However, his life dream of being a detective ended. He could no longer take the hours, the pain, the suffering--anything at all that he put his mind to. How could he not listen to the saddened eyes of a child who had lost their mother? Or the newly-married, but now a widow in tears? The broken apart family? Any case at all that caused an emotional response in anyone, slowly wore him down mentally. How could he ignore such strain? Such pain and agony on his mind-especially on the cases in which he failed or was wrong? He tried not to-but in the end it was enough to make him mad-and so, abruptly, and without much warning-he left. Left behind his dreams, and his hopes, he needed to recover from what he had done to himself, and yet he was alone-for the most part.
Now, Alexander continues on with his new career-being a Pokemon Trainer, and hoping to be one of the best (which is, pretty much what every trainer wishes to do). This makes his Daemon fear that he again, might push himself to far-like he had done with his last career.

Sprite edited by meName:Masquerade
(Mask or 'Rade for short)
Form:Skarmory
Appearance:Masquerade is for the most part, average in size, shape, and color of any Skarmory. Her angled body ends in very sharp points; like that of Alexander's chin. Masquerade however, does differ from a regular Skarmory, in her body's coloring. Where most Skarmory's are a shined, blue-silver, Masquerade is a musky brown, at a glance it seems almost rusted. This is not so, as anyone who looks close enough can easily tell why she is that odd, rotted color-it is the same color as Alexander's hair. Skarmory's legs, and wing-feathers are the natural color of a Skarmory, making her seem somewhat like being half-way in between being a shiny, and regular Skarmory-even though her colors are slightly off to be a shiny. Along with her colors matching Alexander, she also has another startling feature, and that is her eyes-their piercing yellow seems hidden until her eyes look right at you, which easily make up for Alexander's sharp, yet dulled hazel eyes.
Personality:Masquerade, in many rays both reflects and refracts her person. Masquerade shares the proud and arrogant traits of Alexander, however she provides both as a voice of reason, and a voice that may provoke him to continue his goals. Masquerade is often quiet, and does not usually converse with Alexander when in the presence of others. She also seems to give out multiple personalities to others; like some sort of charade-hence her name. For her human being a Private Eye, it is rather ironic that she is both a trustworthy counter-part, and also a hostile, disturbing piece of work to those who view her from the outside. Masquerade is also the only other being who Alexander admits his faults to; including himself. Masquerade understands this, and has never once told another about these secrets.
When Masquerade witnesses a battle, she too often falls into the violent blindness of Alexander, craving for victory-and almost never realizing the mistakes Alexander may be making. However, Masquerade is often more reserved with her violent-rages, and when they do come about, only Alexander realizes it. In a way, this may help of hurt him-by realizing that his Daemon has fallen into the same mindset as he has, he may pull out of it. However, the very fact he has gotten his Daemon into the same mindset, may only make him wish to grow even more so in his violent and care-less battling.
She speaks something along the line of an old grandmother-as she has a groaned voice.
