Tyra walked down the path, a bit of a skip in her step. This was it! Staring at the two Pokeballs clipped onto her belt she grinned. Not only had she gotten her Skarmory from the lab, but she had found that egg that hatched into a Magby soon after. This was definitely a promising start for the aspiring young trainer.
Picking up one of the Pokeballs, she stared at it for a second before pressing the button and watching the red light form into the shape of a large bird-like creature. The Skarmory shook its wings before refolding them against its body, stretching as it was released from the pokeball. It matched the 'morph's stare, waiting to see what its new trainer was going to do.
<Yo. I'm Tyra, and this is Kavi, my daemon.> Tyra stated in Pokemon language, and motioned toward the Seviper daemon.
<Pleased to meet you.> Kavi added, with a courteous nod of the head.
The Zangoose 'morph then continued, <I'm going to be the strongest Pokemon trainer, and we'll be traveling together from now on, okay?>
The Skarmory was a bit taken aback at first by this person who was speaking like a Pokemon, but then he remembered her bright red ears and fluffy white tail. She was a Pokemorph, huh, a Zangoose....with a Seviper daemon? That was definitely weird....but interesting. <Hehe, sounds great. Sitting around in the lab was too boring, I'd much rather see the world.> he replied.
<Great! And by the way, I'll be calling you Edge, all right?> at the lack of complaint from the bird Pokemon, she grinned more. <Well then, what are we waiting for? Let's go!> And with that, she pumped her fist in the air and began walking down the path at a brisk pace. Edge happily walked alongside her, and Kavi slithered on her other side, an amused look on his face because of Tyra's excitement.
