Rules for Enera's tournaments;
ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS SHOULD BE PM'd TO BIRDYBOT
In Enera's tournaments, there will be one judge. This person will either be the winner of last month's tournament, or, if they're inactive, it'll be me or anyone who volunteers. If you win a tournament, you can't enter the next one unless you're being a judge. The judges can't enter their own characters in a tournament.
In a tournament, each character will, at some point, battle as many of the other characters as they can. I will make a list of the battle line-ups. The way it works is a point system. At the end of the tournament, the person with the most points wins a trophy to put on their profile, a custom title for one month and a cash prize. Here's how points work;
Win- 5 points
Draw- 2 points
Loose- 0 points
Think that's easy? Not so much. The judge will be closely monitering the battles, and at the end of each will say how many points each person got. If you lost, but fought very well and fairly and such, you might still get one point. Likewise, if you won, but dodged a lot or something, you might only get four or three. The judge won't just be looking to see who won or lost; they'll also be looking to see originality, strategy and fair play. If a battle is continuing longer than it should, then the judge will state which Pokémon has fainted before it gets too extremely out of hand.
- All entrants must enter one Pokémon, and one Pokémon only.
- All entering Pokémon will be elevated/demoted to level 50, but only in the tournament boards. They will not evolve.
- All entering Pokémon can only use a maximun of four different offensive moves and a minimun of two other moves that it's species could know at level 50.
- No dodging more than twice in a row. The more you dodge, the less points you'll earn.
