Sean stopped in the forest and sent his pokemon out. He sent them all to train, and he would work with each one on their own. First he'd work with Charlotta, his starter. "Okay Charlotta, I want you to use a Pin Missile on that tree. Practice your aim by drawing a shape in it with the pins" The Budew nodded and shot several pins at the tree. Only two or three hitting. "Good try" Sean said walking over to her. "But I want you to try opening the bulb a little earlier, and releasing just before you're pointed at your target, that way we can have physics working for you.
Charlotta tried focusing and aimed at the tree again. This time it was a clump of needles on the tree, but only one missed. So she had improved. "Well done, now for the image you want to get the image formed by the pins before they fly" Budew focused again and threw another few pins at the tree, panting after putting energy into it, she was pleased, it was a straight line. Nothing fancy, but wtill showed that she could aim.
Sean smiled at Charlotta, "Well done darling, Now rest for a bit, and then keep trying, you're doing wonderfully" He praised the Grass type then walked off to find Comet, the Ledyba was talented, but with only one attack he had a serious disadvantage.
"Comet, I want you to use a tackle on me, try to attack in different ways. Use various strategys. A forest gives plenty of angles, I want you to use them" Comet nodded and hovered, his wings buzzing, he then launched at Sean with a Tackle. Hitting him in the chest Sean staggered back and Presta felt a bit of pain as well. "Well done, and also take size into account, larger opponents can fall from hitting them at the right angle"
Comet thought about this and then did as he was told, aiming up this time Sean got hit by the tackle and got lifted up an inch or so before falling to the ground. "Well done Comet, I want you to keep practicing while I work with the others.
Sean turned away and walked to Puck, the Cleffa had been relaxing. Sean laughed, whih Puck waked up instantly. "Puck, you're power is in your defensive attacks, like Sing and Charm. You're great at Charm, so I want you to use Encor, make me so entranced that I don't want to stop doing what I'm doing" And then Sean started to dance
Puk laughed, his trainer was so funny, he began to clap for Sean, as well as for the Encore. Sean felt himself compelled to keep dancing, and try as he might he couldn't stop. "Okay Puck" He called "You can stop at any time. Please?" He pleaded and Puck let the attack and and Sean fell down from exhaustion. "Well done buddy, you'll be a wonderful performer" He then scooped the baby up and carried him with him to the next pokemon, Anne the Mareep.
Anne and Stella were using their Tackle Attacks on each other, seeing who could hit harder. It was truly an interesting spectacle. Sean called to them. "Well done you two, but I want you to try hitting the tree, that will be a better target, see which of you can make a bigger dent."
Anne went first and brought her head down and charged the tree, making a small indent in it. "Well done Anne!" Sean congratulated and the sheep Pokemon gave a proud bleeting. Stella flapped her wings and flew at the tree herself. Making an indent in it, but her beak getting caught in the indent.
Sean pulled her out and smiled at them. "Well done, that's enough for today" He returned the three pokemon he was with to their pokeballs and then went to get the other two. Once his entire party was on his belt he smiled. "Let's go" He said to Presta and continued down the road.
