Jax had heard that the gym in Sento was a Grass-type gym. With a Fire, Normal/Flying, Grass/Psychic, and Ghost type, Jax figured he had an advantage.
Walking over to the Gym, he stepped up to the door, and tried to figure out how to get attention without breaking it.

A young woman with a rather pretty Bayleaf daemon looked out the door at Jax. "Oh, Hello?" She said. "Are you here for the gym leader?" She asked as she opened the door for him. Her bayleaf daemon looked Jaxamar up and down, and then began opening the next door for him. "Through that door Dear. Just go down the corridor and you'll find the arena. Elika should just be setting up after the last challanger"

ooc// Jax, I just wanna help you out a bit here. The gym leader's Pokémon are level twelve and fourteen, and yours are levels 7, 5, 5 and 6. You might want to train them up a bit, you'll find it hard to win with that kind of level difference, soz.

(OOc: This may be my first Pokemon RP, but I've actually got the games. Believe me, I'll beat the pants off Elika; I've beaten a Pokemon 4 levels above my own without a type advantage in the games.)

Jax walked in and went in the indicated direction, entering the arena. Furnblaze followed close at his heels, close enough that he might be mistaken for a daemon.
I'll send in Tailow first; he's fast, so dodging attacks like Absorb should be easier. Then it'll be Furnblaze. If Furnblaze goes down, it's Duskull's turn. If all else fails, out comes Cyril.
Jax's cape fluttered in a draught, lending him a mysterious air as he lifted his hood.
"Stick close, and don't make a sound," he muttered to Furnblaze, "We might be able to surprise the Gym Leader if we play this right."
Gareth, knowing Jax's intent, hid himself in Jax's pack, where he wouldn't be spotted by accident.

ooc// But this doesn't work like the games! And you said a four level difference; well, right now, you have a 9-7 level difference! You are gonna loose, mate! Levels matter quite a bit here, and whether you like that or not it's too bad!

OOC: OK, OK. I'll train for a while. To tell the truth, I used up a huge number of super potions during the battle. I guess that's not practical here.
