It isn't too cold here, and the blizzard is over, but Filla City is always covered in snow during winter. Other than that, it gets a lot of sun. It is nearly always windy. It is a bit of a Starly haven, and the people of the town love the fact. They are cheery and many of them keep Starly as pets.
