Activity Check; Deletion Round

This is the second part of our activity check. Since we now had 55 members and not as many as I would like are active, I've decided to have an activity check.

This is the second round. Anyone who is on the 'Members in Danger' list at the end of February will be deleted. Everyone who was safe in the first round will be safe for this round, too.

I'm sparing anyone who has either posted saying why they are gone or who I know why they are gone from other sites, etc.

As for staffies, they won't be deleted if inactive. However, they will be stripped of their rank.
