Humans believed themselves the strongest smart life form into the galaxy, but this was not to be true. When they used their magic more and more, explored it, magical creatures, only told to exist in fairy tales, came to be...
So came the elves, dwarfs, werewolves, vampires and many more.
Humanity believed them mutants of their own race, while they believe they always existed in hiding. None knows the truth, except for the gods, the same gods that retreated themselves, letting their 'children' fight or life in peace.
The magic most used existed out of Air, Water, Fire, Stone... But there is rumored to be more dark magic, Light magic, Chaos magic
The magical beings believed that those worlds where already there, started by the gods. They allowed the magical creatures to rule the other planets, free from the noisy humans..
Only the gods themselves know the Truth, but they don't mingle in the lower creatures their affairs. The magical creatures only want to prove their Truth. While the whole human population only believes in one god.. and gave them names Allah, Buddha, God..
Or rejected them all together....
One day, when the race of men was on his most powerful, they created super-natural creatures. Beings with strong powers, unable to be restrained by a normal mortal body. They where enchanted. One day the elite, one of the strongest of those enchanted people disappeared. Some believed he was killed, others thought he left out of free will or was either forced..
Whatever happened, happened and war started. The creatures struggled to survive, the humans gloated, but that couldn't be any longer. The humans slowly started to become weaker, most of them couldn't survive the atmosphere of the other worlds.
Some of the magical beings took pity and helped the humans, others weren't so pitiful and slaughtered as much as they could. Yet again, war started, but this time more horrible than before, the super-human, having been rumored to have been KIA was seen, but not helping the people or magical creatures, but slaughtering.
