Definitely not. Cheyenne is of pure human extract, with no Pokemon running through her veins.
Appearance:
The first thing you notice about Cheyenne is the color of her eyes. They're not the normal colors like hazel, green, blue or brown. In fact, they're actually a honey gold. And they also change from time to time, to a brilliant hazel with emerald green flecks near the outside of her iris. Framing her face is wavy brunette hair, spiralling all the way down to her shoulders. There, it stops, and the two main facial framing curls of hair fall down to her chest.
What Cheyenne wears is actually... out of the ordinary.
Gracing her feminine curves is a hay colored dress, which falls down to her hips. There, it spreads out as if it were a pair of wings. Outlining the neckline is some emerald green material, which enhances the color of Cheyenne's eyes. Up the chest of her dress are four green buttons. Though they don't button up the dress at all, they add a nice flair to the dress, and make it more personal.
Since the dress has no sleeves, and Cheyenne has a shy and concealing personality, she added her own touch to it. Underneath the dress is another dress, which has short jean sleeves. It lengthens out, curving nicely against her frame (actually, pretty tightly), all the way down a few inches more than the original dress. Adorning the jean dress are golden buttons, which are just there to add a bit of personality to it.
Around her waist, which adds more personality to the pair of dresses Cheyenne wears, is a blue belt, which fastens over at her side.
On the top of her head, Cheyenne wears a maroon hat, which is decorated with the original Pokeball in the center. To the right of the hat are a few strands of emerald ribbon, which are laze to the side often. Around her wrists are brown leather arm guards, which spread up to nearly her elbows. The arm guards are painted with a unique design in creamy tan.
And on her feet, lacing up the front, are dark brown boots.

Personality:
Quite the opposite of what her dressing implys, Cheyenne is completely shy. She's seclusive, and tends to keep to herself a lot of the time. Although she doesn't talk to people often, once you become a friend of this little girl, you see her dazzling smile, and hear her tinkling china voice.
Setting aside the fact that she's completely and inutterably shy, Cheyenne is also very sweet. She tends to sing lullabies to little Pokemon on her walks, singing them to sleep when they need it.
Her sparkling, yet seclusive, personality is one of the many masks Cheyenne wears. Deep down, she hurts. Badly. But doesn't have anyone to talk to about it. (See 'History' for more info.)
History:
The reason for her shy and seclusive personality: Cheyenne is an orphan.
At not even a year old, both her parents died in a car accident. Since Cheyenne had no Godparents, custody of her was given to her father's mother. She lived there solitarily, not talking, not really doing much besides humming a tune off the top of her head. She created some crafts, and communicated to her grandmother with writing and drawing pictures.
Thinking that she was a mute, her grandmother didn't go to the Pediatrition on this matter, and instead allowed Cheyenne to communicate in the way she pleased. She didn't have many friends, seeing as she didn't talk, and when her grandmother's friend Mary brought over her grandchildren to play with Cheyenne, she only walked into her bedroom and shut the door.
On Cheyenne's fourth birthday, however, her grandmother died.
Upon seeing this, Cheyenne only curled up in her grandma's lap and waited. Luckily, Mary had arranged a date to come over and see Cheyenne's grandmother, and the next day... everything in Cheyenne's life went haywire.
Police thought that Cheyenne had actually killed her grandmother, but without any signs of blood, or pills in the house, they had no evidence against her. And instead sent Cheyenne away to an orphanage.
She has stayed there for a long while now, and with the owner's permission, has left. During her time spent there, Cheyenne learned how to speak properly. (How she managed is unknown to this very day.)

Espeon and Umbreon
Appearance:
As an Espeon:
As an Espeon, Skyelair is... well, an Espeon. He looks average at first glance, but when you look again, you notice that his fur is just a touch lighter than a regular Espeon's. The maroon ball on the top of his forehead is also slightly different. The color is actually darker than an average Espeon's.
As an Umbreon:
As an Umbreon, Skyelair looks like every normal one. His fur is black, adorned with electric yellow markings.
Personality:
Actually... Skyelair is the complete opposite of Cheyenne. He acts like a big brother towards her, and is very protective and such. But towards other females, whether they be human, Pokemorph, or a Pokemon, he is rather... flirtatious.
He tends to talk a lot, and will speak through Cheyenne's emotions if she chooses not to speak. (Seeing as when he's an Espeon, he can sorta talk to her telepathically.) However, if any male walks her way, Skyelair gets extremely protective and jealous. Its highly suggested a male doesn't touch Cheyenne without Skye's permission.
