Why do you want to be a Mod?
I'm active a lot, and since I can type replies to all of ym threads exceptionally quickly i end up with a lot more time than i have to do with whilst mods are struggling to find enough time to keep up.
What do you offer us?
I have a lot of time and good ideas to expand upon the site, lots of sites have far too few moderators for their player base so I'd like to help out if I can.
What is your experience?
I'm very experienced as both a roleplayer, for 4 years or so, and as staff, I've been an admin on 3 sites and a moderator on many more.
Roleplaying sample;
Cami swallowed, her ice-blonde hair blowing into her face, checking, once more, that the top of her backpack was firmly closed to protect Meia from the wind which was starting to pick up. Sand was swirling around her ankles, filling her trainers with grit and small pebbles that dug into her feet. A gust of wind tossed a handful of the sand, harshly, at Cami, she choked, coughing up dust as her eyes streamed painfully. Meia moved around in her rucksack and she could hear the Happiny whimpering unhappily. Cami leaned forward into the wind, one arm raised to shield her eyes, as she moved - step by tiny step - along the path, her jacket blowing backwards like a cape.
The pair had been on the road to the Professor's Lab and the start of their Pokemon journey for nearly a week now and, though the weather was usually mild, freak winds had been blowing up all day. This dusty trail was the worst yet, the light grit and dust that covered the road made light but powerful ammunition as it was pelted at her body repeatedly by the constant buffeting wind. Cami stumbled a few paces forward, tripping over stones that were hidden by the swirling mist of dust. The rock face that had been hemming them in on both sides opened up into a clearing encircled by the cliffs, in the walls Cami could just about make out a series of caves. Squinting, she headed towards the smallest which had just enough room for her to squeeze through the opening. Once inside, though, it opened up into a large cavern with a small spring bubbling with fresh, mountain water. Cami smiled, finally they'd found a place to shelter, and rubbed at her eyes to clear them of sand. Setting down her backpack she wasn't surprised to see the tie undone from the inside and pushed undone by her small soul partner Meia. Cami yawned and stretched, "welcome to our home-sweet-home for the night, Meia, I guess we'd better get the tent set up," Cami smiled at the Happiny who simply nodded. She hadn't heard her soul partner speak as of yet and, because of this, they'd grown more reliant on their close bond and accurate interpretation of facial and body signals. They were the perfect team and Meia had made Cami feel the happiest she ever had, all that was left was a Pokemon team to complete her new family. Meia smiled, seeming to understand her thoughts and together they turned towards the tent poles, canvas and sleeping bags, making their home for the night.
