ooc// Edited. You should probably say when you attack, dropping seeds didn't exactly make me think of an attack.

Cyril was indeed struck by the Thunder Wave, and it did cause him top stiffen, extremities going numb. "Ah, nuts!" Jax growled to himself, recognising the sparks that continued to flicker over the Celebi's form, although they did no damage to him. "Alright, Cyril," he growled, "use your Confusion attack. "Ehbi!" Cyril replied, his eyes glowing. A crackle of psychic power shot through the air towards Ellie, as Cyril hovered there, eyeing her angrily.
(OOC* Celebi has Synchronise?)

Birdy//♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ooc// Celebi has Natural Cure as their ability, you should always look on sites like Serebii and whatnot if you're unsure. I do that for everything on this place
ic// Jane grinned as the Thunder Wave sucessfully paralyzed Cyril. Ah, good, her opponent was less able now. She looked to her Electrike, watching to see her reaction to the Confusion. Ellie attempted to dodge, but the Confusion was too quick and the dog yelped in pain, jerking backwards with the force but remaining on her feet. She joined in the glaring, clearly none too happy with her opponent. "It's all right, Ellie! Get him back with your Tackle attack!"
Ellie nodded slightly, completely focused on the battle. Cyril was slower thanks to the paralysis, whether or not he was actually completely immobile next turn. She knew she had a much better chance of hitting him, and so as she pushed off, shooting towards the Celebi at an incredible, determined speed, she felt that this Tackle had a pretty decent chance of striking the little Grass type.

Cyril took the attack head on, aware that he was much too slow to dodge it now. However, he flung another flurry of Leech Seeds at Ellie; of course, some of them would miss, and sprout in the ground, but the others looked likely to strike the electric type. "Good thinking, Cyril!" Jax yelled, "Get her with your Leech Seed when she's in close and can't dodge easily!"

Birdy//♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥Ellie smiled as she saw that the Tackle had hit, then squealed as the seeds shot towards her. As predicted, some missed, but enough his the Electrike for her to properly affected. A few beads of energy moved from her to heal the Celebi. "Quick, another Tackle!" Jane called. She knew that Leech Seed didn't restore much health at all, but with Cyril able to attack too it was definately bad.
Ellie nodded, not wanting Cyril to recover. She could tell that he was inexperienced, which would hopefully play to her advantage. She darted towards him as quickly as she could, hoping that she would get lucky and he'd be frozen with the paralyzis this turn. Still, it wouldn't be so bad if he was, because the Leech Seed would even out the gap in health a little whatever happened. Ellie was nearly able to strike Cyril with her Tackle- would she be sucessful?

The attack missed. Barely. Cyril was however, unable to move enough to get an attack in. However, he did manage to bring his wings together, causing a bell chime to sound. It wasn't the right frequency to activate Heal Bell, but the noise rang across the practice field, causing trainers and Pokemon alike to pause and stare in their direction.

Birdy//♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥Ellie was rather puzzled as to how her attack had missed despite her opponent being immobile this turn. That made very little sense, since the Electrike had been right on target. She snarled, truly hating this stupid trainer and all his wimpy Pokémon. Jane was a little fed up with all the dodging his Pokémon had been doing too, to be honest. "Ellie, it's all right, you can still do this! Another Tackle, while he's still unable to move!" she called.
Glad to take advantage, Ellie reckoned she would have probably attacked now whether or not her trainer had said to. She lowered her head ready to strike, pushing off with powerful back legs as she sprinted for Cyril. She knew she could do this. After all, her opponent was still! It made sense that she should hit an unnmoving opponent. Ellie's Tackle was almost upon Cyril by now.

She was too late; as the Tackle hit Cyril, he glared at her, and a mental shriek blasted through her mind. A Confusion attack (hit or miss is still yet to be decided, mind) "Cyril, return," Jax ordered, withdrawing him into his pokeball. "Ozu, you're up!" he continued, as the Baltoy, spinning like a top, moved onto the battlefield. The Baltoy came to a stop not far from Ellie, but didn't attack just yet; he seemed rather nervous. "Easy, Ozu," Jax said soothingly, "You can do this. And remember that the Leech Seed helps you, too."
(In-game, Leech Seed continues to drain health and give it to the Pokemon on you side even if you switch.)
