I seem to be hogging much of the General thread. XD Anyway, I personally am an avid gaming/anime fan in general, and I was wondering what all of you guys have seen and played, aside from Pokémon. n_n I'm not so hardcore in that I've played every game on the planet, but when I like a game I get quite attached to it. Anime is similar in that respect. =] I have seen and played a fair bit though, so if you list stuff there's a high chance I'll at least know /something/.

Also, if you guys didn't know yet, I wanted to share this wiki with everyone because I thought the idea of a 3D DS was quite snazzy: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_3DS. Sadly the release date seems to be far off, and they'll probably just push it back farther, like they did with the Wii. Not only that, but it'll take even longer before it gets to Western countries.

Oho! I only play Pokémon, Fire Emblem 7 (and possibly a bit of 6 and 8), the Phoenix Wright series, and a bit of Trauma Centre, lawl. And I've read D. Gray-Man, which is a <3 of mine. I don't generally like mangas and animes, the former because I get confused over the people (they all look THE SAME, I swear) and the latter because I don't watch TV> O:

Non-handheld-console-wise, I play MapleStory, Plants VS Zombies, Spore, Wolfquest (:B), Penguin Diner (lol again), some random "small" games, Luxor (that game where you shoot coloured beetles or something) and TETRIS bwahaha.

Krows, you play Fire Emblem? *________* Can I say, EPIC LOVE MUCH? *jumps up and down eagerly* I think I need to have a very long discussion with you right now on the awesomeness that is Fire Emblem 7 and D. Gray-Man. XD; To start off, who do you like to support with? More importantly, who do you like to have marry who? (For some reason, I always get my Lyn to marry either Hector or Rath; I never make her marry Eliwood. I just don't like them for some reason. :U ) You've finished the game, right? And as for D. Gray-Man, are you following the manga that's currently out right now or have you been reading the chapters posted online?

I haven't played any of the others (I've done a bit of MapleStory but the leveling was too slow so I gave up out of boredom) and although I know of Spore and Pheonix Wright due to how well-known they are, I've never played them.

^_^; That is true, with mangas and animes--everyone does look similar. You have to end up distinguishing people by their hair, eyes, and clothing, but eventually a lot of things you read kind of swirl together. And aww, why won't you be able to get the 3D thing? D: Do consoles just not come to Singapore, or is it that you don't have enough money/family doesn't want you to have one?

FIRE EMBLEM FTW!!!!1111!!one!!

I don't seem to be managing a lot of supports lately, since my people are ALWAYS separating. (RAHR!) I like to have Guy support with Matt since they are like the most awesome melee fighters (not counting Hector who is this unstoppable tank or something). For Hector I have him support with Florina. I think that's about it for my main supports. Then I try to fit the rest in somehow -- Matt/Serra B, Serra/Erk A, Erk/Pent B, Hector/Eliwood... I don't plan much, do I. XD

I play Pokemon, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy {Sort of } and some other games and can't think of the names for right now XP

I've heard of the 3D DS thing! I wonder how it's going to work, though, cuz I heard they're not going to use any glasses or anything.... Hmmm....

Yeah, it's really hard to keep all my people together on the field. What I do for supports usually is just beat everyone until there's just the boss left, and then keep Kent and Sain (I support them together) to kill off the extra reinforcements that randomly get called in, and then do lots of Secret Shopping/playing at the Colloseum/Supporting. Most of my supports tend to be kind of useless though, since the characters aren't actually near each other when they fight (ie: I put Hector and Lyn together simply because I like the pairing, not because their support is useful. And Eliwood and Ninian? I only support them since they're supposed to be the canon pairing--Ninian is irritating and useless, and Nils is way cooler anyhow). Yeah, my Hector and Lyn are unstoppable! ^_^ I think I love my Lords too much, although I don't like Eliwood since he's slow (Hector is off the hook for that since he never takes any damage, huahuahua). Guy is so annoying to train in the beginning, but when he shapes up and he gets all those Killing Edges, he can stomp 6 people flat in one turn. ♥_♥ I don't like Serra much--while her personality is amusing, I like Erk with Priscilla more. n_n Hehehe. But have you finished the game? :3

And Silk, I thought you'd play Kingdom Hearts, especially since you have Demyx and Myde and all. XD What Final Fantasies have you played? I really want to play FFXIII *points at icon* but I don't have a PS3 and don't plan on getting one. >_> I also really wish they would make a remake of FFVII, since it was a classic and all, but I can't bring myself to play it as it is right now since the graphics are so old; even if they were amazing when the game originally came out.
I have no idea how they're going to do the 3D stuff, either. @_@ But you know, when I heard the original plan for the Nintendo DS I thought to myself, "What?! That's idiotic? Two screens? Who would be able to follow two screens?" But now I enjoy the product. XD So I suppose we'll have to put our faith in Nintendo and see.

XD I've played Crisis Core, and a little bit of III for the DS XP I want to play Disidia. I want to play more, though. And I want to see Advent Children XD If you have an X-box, you can play XIII on it, but I've heard the graphics are terrible DX All pixilated and stuff!

I'm now trying to get Hector Hard Mode on my emu... I don't know, must you finish the Hector Mode, or must you finish Eli Hard Mode? O: In any case, the normal Eliwood Mode's finished. I've explored a few different configurations for my team...

I prefer to use Kent more than Sain, sadly... I like my Hector and Eliwood, but Lyn kind of... annoys me. *Dies* True, she sometimes does great crits, but otherwise she's like a worse version of Guy or something. I'm not so much for strategy; I just send my strongest people out onto the field and watch as they kind of raze everyone else down. XDD It works for me.

Play Phoenix Wright! It's awesome!

I have not gotten to play Final Fantasy yet (what platform is it on, anyway?), but I intend to try. :3

I've heard of Advent Children once before, but I can't remember what it was about. O:

Hmm, I really like Kent and Sain together, I usually keep 'em on my team. They're so spirited. XD I know that some people prefer Kent rather than Sain since his stats tend to be more all-round, whereas Sain usually gets uber-high Attack but lower Defense. (I personally happen to like Sain more, although it made me sad when I made my Sain a Cavalier before Kent, since that would never happen in the storyline). ^_^; Yeah, I suppose Lyn can be somewhat annoying, but I first played Fire Emblem when I was much younger, around 11, so I wasn't old enough to be at the age of being snarky about her dramatic past and grandfather and whatnot, so I ended up falling in love with her character and she's always been one of my favorites. It makes me really angry that she sucks against the final boss. :U Gah. You mentioned Erk in one of your earlier posts--do you ever switch him out for Nino later? I hear that Nino's godly, but I really detest her character (same with Florina) so I never use them, even though they end up being somewhat of a "Teenage Girl Wrecking Ball Duo" if you train them enough. Plus, I like Erk much more. As for strategy, I tend to overtrain my people in the Colosseum so they can mow people as well. >_< But in the extra level with the pirates where you get Cannan (I'm not sure if that's quite his name) I tried to smash through the middle way and my people kept getting killed so I had to reset, it was traumatic. XD

To be honest, there are so many Final Fantasies it makes me a bit hesitant to start playing. But yeah, as Silk said, Final Fantasy is on practically all of the systems; it just depends on which FF you're looking for. Advent Children is a movie sidestory they made about Cloud (the main character of Final Fantasy 7 and possibly one of the most famous video game characters of all time along with Mario, Pikachu and such) and Sephiroth...and...children. XD I really want to see Advent, but I hear the plotline makes very little sense and mainly the movie consists of, "Ooh, pretty graphics!" I want to watch it anyway, though.

XD The first FF game I played was Crisis Core, and it is awesome, for the PSP. Zack is fun to play, and the battles are cool, with great graphics, but that's my opinon. I'm rather stubborn, so I usually stick with my first thought XP

Oh, Sain has high Attack? I will use him next time, then. But he's a bit... annoying with that flirty grin of his. XD

I don't use Nino. D: She is slightly annoying too, and I don't like her name. XD

If I ever have to switch Erk out it'd be for Pent, since I'm like totally in love with him and Louise he's pretty good darn AWESOME for a prepromote.

I myself usually rp anime or fantasy, along with video games preferably with roleplay like ff13... I got a ps3, wii, computer, ds, so lots of games....

I even had crystal, my first ever game and I bought it all by myself... then i let someone borrow it and they killed it but blamed it on the battery, finally got it back after they "lost" it for 4 years... -_-

Hee hee. I kind of like Sain's flirtyness (especially the other girls' reaction to it). And yes~! Pent is good awesome godly! X3 Though I do admit I enjoy promoting my people myself...which ends up being troublesome, since most of them reach level 20 before I actually get the items needed to promote. (read: Hector. ^_^; )

Oooh, that sucks, Airis. I've never had any games lost by other people (though I've lost a few games myself...*shifty eyes*) but I have had a Game Boy SP smashed with a hammer (long story) and I lost my original DS three or four years ago, so now I've got a DS Lite. ;3 And yay, you've played Final Fantasy 13? =D I want to play so badly, but I don't have a PS3. *cry* If you've ever played any of the Tales of series, I'm also sad because I won't be able to play the new Tales of Vesperia...*gloom* I didn't think the PS3 was worth getting, since it focused on movies more than games. Hopefully whatever Sony releases next will have backwards compatibility.

ff13 is wonderful, you should save up or ask to just temporarly play it on a friends if they got it :3 The gameplay is awesome, and so is the storyline in my eyes... and just omg the cutscenes are sooooo in depth and pwetty <3
