The Hoothoot then grew extra tired. Gliding in, he slowed down and his eyes slowly shut. He began to lower but then he received what felt like a huge blow from the Shinx. He yelped and lazily sank to the ground. his eyes were shut and he felt almost thankful that he could get some rest. Though he was also proud of himself of how close he was to winning.

"WAILMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" screeched a deep voice from far away. It was so loud that it was clear from where Sulteron stood. Lightning flashed and a tree nearby fell over and slammed onto the ground. It's leaves rattled violently as it's hollow stump was planted in the ground. The Wailmer screeched in pain some more as it was electrocuted by its opponent. Another lightning bolt struck and one more scream was heard. Then, a little bit of smoke rose above the treetops.

[Birdybot]

ooc// I'll need to know Hoothoot's level, to know how many levels Denkou gains.

ic// Denkou grinned, doing a bad backflip in happiness. Sulteron smiled, reaching to her belt and throwing a Pokéball. She watched the Hoothoot be absorbed and then the Pokéball begin to shake. Her attention was then grabbed by something else.

The screaming Wailmer. It had screamed it's name, so she could tell what it was. All her Pokémon watched grimly as the second screen came. Then the smoke.

Sulteron jolted into action. "Guys, girls, there's smoke." she said, voice scared. Tayeko raised an eyebrow. ~So? Fried fish all round, that's all.~[/color] he wondered. Sulteron gulped. "Either Wailmer's in a bad way, or... Well, there's no smoke without fire." she swallowed as Jizu became a Charizard to fit the situation.

Denkou shook her head. ~You're saying the forest is burning down? I'm sure that it's just Wailmer after attracting all that electricity by being the wettest thing in the area. Now, it also tells us where Wailmer is. Let's go!~[/color] she announced, darting off into the trees. Tayeko took a glance at Sulteron, nodded, then ran. Sulteron picked up the Pokéball before she made off. It had stopped shaking, so either Hoothoot had been caught or it had escaped. Jizu became an Arcanine to run faster, and they sprinted as fast as they could, catching up with Denkou and Tayeko as the smoke was now rising over their heads rather than far away...[/size]

[Roo]

Though the smoke was two boys, one younger than Sulteron, and one that looked almost as or older than Sulteron. Smoke came from the Wailmer though it began to fade away as a triumphant Elekid started flexing his arms and pretending to box. The triumphant boy and the very depressed boy both looked at Sulteron. They couldn't think of what to say.
"What?" the one that lost asked, actually snapping at her in frustration. Hardly noticeable behind the Wailmer, was a Bellossom Daemon. It danced with a frown. Though on the ground next to the winner's shin, was a Mareep.

[Birdybot]

Sulteron raised an eyebrow. Two trainers... they seemed to have come from Route One, probably after recieving the Elekid and Wailmer from the lab- Wailmer at least, for she doubted they would be found around here. Unless, of course, they were experienced trainers leveling up their Pokémon after looking for Pokémon here; she doubted any nebie could shook lightning from here to where her fight with Hoothoot took place.

She stepped forwards, Jizu's eyes flickering from the boys to the Pokémon, making sure none of them had the intention of hurting his human (or half-human). "I came from five minutes in that direction," she began, pointing, "And I wanted to see what was going on, because a lightning bolt struck the spot in front of me and knocked down a tree, and a huge stream of water flooded the area, and I heard screaming and saw smoke." she explained, Tayeko, Denkou and Jizu nodding to back her up.

[Roo]

"Fair enough. My little brother and I were having a battle. He thought could battle just as well as I could. Let's not forget I had the type matchup advantage." He said modestly, though he definitely thought he was great. "By the way, I'm Victor, and that's my brother Sebastian." Victor informed, half scoffing that his brother fell to his "utter superiorness".

Sebastian glared as his brother bragged off. No one seemed aware that the Wailmer could possibly be severely injured. As the Wailmer did not open his eyes yet and there was a large burn on his fin. Sebastian sprayed a super potion of the scrapes and burns but they did not come into effect quite yet.

[Birdybot]

Sulteron nodded to Victor and his explanation, but her strange lilac eyes wondered to Sebastian, treating Wailmer. If he had trouble, she would offer her assistance. Her eyes flicked back to Victor. "Did you get Elekid and Wailmer from Pine's Lab? I got Tayeko here from that place. Or did you come from a while away, having caught Elekid and Wailmer further on or something?" she asked. Jizu became a Starly and flew up to Sulteron's shoulder, where he became a Pikachu. His yellow paws streched over her shoulder and he hauled himself to a standing position.

Tayeko and Denkou rested their paws on Wailmer, then turned to Sebastian. ~Need any help?~[/color] Tayeko said. Denkou nodded. ~Yeah, need a Pokémon's touch on Wailmer?~[/color] Sulteron understood them, of course, and although the human's wouldn't, their daemons would be able to translate.[/size]

[Roo]

The Bellossom translated as expected and Sebastian shrugged.
"Sure!" He said, happy that there was pokemon that cared. When Sebastian was unable to answer the question, Victor began explaining how things work. "I got my Elekid from Pine's Lab." He started and then moved on to the odd situation. "We're from Hoenn, where the balance there causes eggs to hatch as the previos stage, not the baby stage. So when two Wailords breeded, they got Wailmers." He said. Even though he realized that that explanation did not help. For Wailmer is the original stage. "Well, a better way to say would a Raichu would have Pikachu eggs. Not Pichu eggs." He said quickly.

[Birdybot]

Sulteron nodded. "I think I understand. I seem to have heard from somewhere that an item is required to hatch a Pichu and Azuril and so on in Hoenn," she told Victor. It was strange to her that his name should be Victor when he was the victor of the battle that had just ended. She was not sure what hatching Eggs differently in Hoenn had to do with Elekid and Wailmer, but she didn't mind. It was someone to talk to.

Denkou and Tayeko began speaking to Wailmer in soothing voices, massaging the liquid of the Super Potion into his wounds. Sulteron was tired, they could see, but they wouldn't stop... just yet. They wanted to help. Besides, their trainer seemed happy in the company of fellow humans.

[Angel]

Victor cleaned his fist in happiness and confidence, making himself loko good i front of this girl,
"Yeah so we came here to train harder, though it's pretty useless for Sebastian to train; he won't get far."
The Mareep daemon by his feet smugly smiled in unison with her human, enjoying the fact that they had yet again won another battle. She looked at the girl that had a daemon with her, but it continously changed shape so it was obvious that he ahd settled yet. She stuck her nose up at it and wrapped herself around her trainer's feet to show she was the only one allowed to be near him. He was hers.

Sebastian sighed in embarssment as he was yet again 'dissed' by his own brother. The Bellossom daemon stroked her human's back with kindness and then glared at the Mareep daemon a distance away. She turned to the two Shiny Pokemon that were helping them iwth Wailmer and said,
"Thank you so much. Sebastian is not at all like his brother so you don't have to worry there."
Sebastian blushed and then waved his hands around as his daemon began to be horrible about his brother. Again. She just humphed and turned her back to Victor and his Mareep daemon. It was obvious that the daemons loathed one another.

Victor then looked over at the girl's Pokemon and gaped in anger as he took a closer secret. Looking down at his Elekid he marched up to the girl and angrily snapped,
"How come you have two shiny Pokemon!? What about me!"
Elekid forze an sadly looked down at his own colouring - he wasn't that special after all....

[Birdybot]

Sulteron looked at the boy. Jizu leapt to the ground and became a Charizard, snarling defensively at Victor's anger. Sulteron remained calm, however. She rested a hand on her protective daemon and murmered for him to relax, then faced Victor. "My shiny Pokémon? I got Tayeko at the lab, and Denkou was given to me. Besides, there's no need to be mad. Just because a Pokémon is shiny, it doesn't mean they're any better than other Pokémon. If Wailmer here were shiny, Elekid would still have defeated it right now! If Elekid were shiny, he could still lose tomorrow! It doesn't matter what colour a Pokémon is, what matters is whether or not they are loyal and loving. If you like your Pokémon for what they are, your Pokémon will like you back and be better for it." she said her speech.

Tayeko looked over and shrugged, then went back to working on Wailmer. He didn't care whether he had pink fur or white and black fur. To be honest, he felt that if he were normal coloured, things would be easier; there would not be all this fuss, and he would look more powerful. After all, who was scared of someone who was pink?

[Angel]

Victor froze in his nagry position and blushed as the girl proclaimed her speech. It coulnd't be right. It wasn't. But then why did everything she say make so much sense? Victor awkwardly stared at the girl and her daemon then looked down at the daemon by his side. The Mareep looked up at him with such lvoing eyes, yet she was not shiny. And his elekid was so trong, he was not shiny. Victor coughed with defeat and then turned around so that he didn't have to loko the girl in the eye.

Sebastian checked that his Wailmer was still okay and it seemd that the items had worked. He took out his Pokeball and put Wailmer saeftly inside after thanking Sulteron's Pokemon for their help. He stood up and his Bellossom daemon follwoing him, walked over to stand next to (yet a distance away) from his brother. He had listened to the girl and what she said was true. His Wailmer had won many battles before and he could still lose adn when tomorrow whtehre he was shiny or not - his pokemon were special to him adn nobody else. He smiled and said,
"Yaeh. I understadn what you say - my Pokemon are special to me and that's what counts, whether they're shiny or not it doesn't matter. It doesn't mean they'll win every battle It's the skill and strength of the trainer and his or her connection with the Pokemon."

Victor pulled a confused face at his younger brother. What he said seemed almost wise. But that was like Sebastian. He stared at Elekid who nodded and then he turned to look at the girl with confidence and slyness. Clenching his fist with excitement he said,
"Okay then. Let's test both our skills. I challenge you to a battle!"

[Birdybot]

ic// Sulteron grinned. A battle, huh? Unexpected, but sounded like fun. She could see by the way he and Elekid had exchange glances and nods that Elekid would be the Pokémon to be used in this battle. Fair enough. She would use her starter Pokémon, too! "Alright, I'll accept. I choose a non-shiny! Lenyi!" she called, tossing a Pokéball. a Flarepup appeared, fluttering her too-small wings and smiling. Jizu was an Umbreon, shivering in excitement. Their first trainer battle!

Before Sulteron could begin the battle, she wanted to see if Hoothoot had been caught. If he had, he and his Pokéball would move to her PC once he was released from it. If he hadn't, the Pokéball would be empty. She looked up at Victor. "I just want to see if I caught a Hoothoot I saw earlier. Hang on-" she explained, pressing the button on the Pokéball. Would Hoothoot be inside, or would it be empty?

[Angel]

OOC:// I think you're Pokemon should gain 2 levels for defeating Hoothoot and you have caught the Hoothoot but I'll PM the stats instead if that's okay.

IC:// Victor smiled, A Flarepup 'ey? They were part flying so maybe Elekid's electric attacks would be super effective against the Pokemon. But he wasn't sure. All would be revealed during the battle though. He smiled and Elekid jumped in front of Victor, and begun to eye the Flarepup before him. Sebastian stood in between the two trainers - posing as an onlooker (which he was). His Bellossom daemon standing annoyed at his side. She wasn't really fond of her human's brother or anything associated with him so she was sure she wasn't going to enjoy this. But sebastian was rather intrigued about how things would go. He looked at his brother's confident yet ever so slightly worried face in awe as Victor spoke.
"You go firsdt - after all I suppose I should be a bit gentlemanly and let a lady have the first turn."

[Birdybot]

Sulteron smiled as she saw that she had caught Hoothoot, watching as the rotund owl Pokémon faded away to her PC along with his Pokéball. She then turned to the Flarepup and the battle. She nodded to Victor. She wondered if Elekid was at level seven yet. If he was, then he would know an Electric type move, bad knews for Lenyi, part Flying type. However, if he was around Lenyi's level, level five, then it would be easier. Whichever way things went, she was confident the puppy could win. "Lenyi, let's start things up by testing Elekid a bit! Tackle!" she called.

Lenyi smiled, trotting towards Elekid. She grew faster and faster, eventually charging at top speed, right at the Electric type. A smile spread over her muzzle. This was fun, exciting... everything. She pushed herself faster, almost upon Elekid in her Tackle now.

[Angel]

OOC:// Sorry Birdy but I'm too lazy to send the Hoothoot stats to you could you do them yourself please? The level is 5, the ability can be keen eye, the moves are tackle, growl and foresight and the gender, personality and name can be all done by you. Is that okay?

IC://Elekid watched as the Flarepup ran toward him and collided iwth a full bodied tackle attack. Elekid skidded along the ground iwth the weight of the fire and flying type pushing him along. When the tackle attack ceased anymore damage he pushed the Pokemon away from him, staring deep into its eyes as he did so and sending a Leer attack at the opponent by his own accord. Victor smiled as the Elekid took it upon himself to move on his own, then he clecnhed his fist and grinned wide as his shiny straight white teeth showed. Then he drew a quick breath and shouted enthusiastically,
"That's it Elekid! Now use a Quick Attack on that Falrepup!"
Elekid nodded and grunted in agreement as he surged forwrad in a zig zag pattern toward the Pokemon - smiling happily and sneakily as he did so.
